Bruiser
Glove was last worn by Carlos Benitez. Carlos was an only child whose parents worked the Asparagus fields in Stockton. Without siblings, Carlos would often shadow box to keep busy. This activity excited him about boxing and eventually gave him the skills to earn a scholarship to the University.

Ice-G
Glove worn by Gunnar Johannson. Gunnar was a Swede who found refuge from the cold winters in a dingy gym. He spent the long, dark winter months sparring in the gym with the hopes of one day being a champion. Gunnar's brother and sister teased him, but he always got the last laugh.

Knuckles
Glove formerly used by Sammy Holland. Sammy spent his early years boxing in the vacant lots near the French Quarter. He found his way to the YMCA program which helped keep him off the streets. Sammy entered the US Junior Boxing program and eventually earned a silver medal in the summer Olympics.

Tank
Glove was the property of Jonas Kober. Jonas loved the beauty of the Isar River which bordered his home town. He spent hours on the shores fishing with his brother and talking about moving to the sea to be fishermen. He eventually turned in his rod and reel for boxing gloves, but he loves to talk about the big fish that got away.

Wraps
Glove belonged to Wilton Jefferson. Wilton's childhood revolved around music. His father loved jazz and his mother organized the gospel choir at church. Once Wilton started hanging with the boxing crowd, he learned to appreciate hip-hop and rap.

Former glove of Xavier Quesada. Xavier attended a private school in Havana where he learned to box. He quickly became the top boxer in his class defeating all comers with ease. Xavier soon took his boxing skills to the street only to find tough challenges waiting for him.

Numbers
Former glove of Junior Washington. Junior grew up near the Hudson River where he hung out with his friends. Junior was a good student as well as a confident boxer. He excelled in math and loved showing off his ability to do big calculations in his head.

Houligan
Glove belonged to David Fletcher. David came from a wealthy shipping family. David grew up as an avid soccer fan. He and his friends watched the matches every weekend after their boxing work outs.

D'Punk
Glove used by Darius Punkowski. Darius spent much of his childhood playing near the railways with his friends. It was from the railways that he got his first glimpse of a boxing gym. After one visit, he would walk down the rails everyday to spar.

Grouch O'Grady
Glove previously worn by Patrick O'Grady. Patrick grew up with three younger siblings. He was rarely in a good mood since most of his days were spent looking after his brother and sisters.

Split Decision
Glove previously worn by Stephan Engler. Stephan's family lived on the lake. His first punching bag hung in the boat house. Stephan developed a strong upper body by using swimming as a main training tool.
